Single Screw Extruder
A single screw extruder is broadly used for thermoplastics such as SPVC, UPVC/RPVC, PE, PP, ABS, PA, PS etc. Furnished with different auxiliary machineries, it can be intended to extrude films, pipes/tubes, boards, filaments as well as granules. It's well accepted to make granules from waste bottle flakes or recycled films.
The theory of single screw extruder:
The last screw thread counting from the feeding port is “conveying section”. No plasticization is allowed in this part.
The raw material is compressed and is conveyed to the next section.
The second section is called “compacting section”. In this part, the volume of flight channel varies from big to small. And the process temperature is high enough to get the raw material melted.
The third is called “metering section”. Normally the temperature at this section is higher than previous. It works like a metering pump to push the melted towards the die head at a certain rate.

EVA Sheet Extrusion Line
This sheet extrusion line is applicable for EVA and PVB which are very common in the solar cell industry (PV or photovoltaics). The adhesive EVA sheet is of high melting point (no risk of melting in hot summer), high photo permeability(ensures the heating efficiency), high adhesion (combines the layers steadily), good shrinkage (reduces the shearing force inside) and good weather-resistance (long lasting use life in outdoors).
The specifications of solar EVA sheet from our extrusion line are as follows:

Material Handling: vacuum conveyor and loss-in-weight feeder. We also have volumetric feeder as an option.
Twin Screw Extruder: specific optimized twin screw extruder for EVA to prevent pre-crosslinking.
Melt Pump: stable extrusion and accurate temperature control.
T-die: optimized for EVA. Stable extrusion at low temperature.
Calender: soft roll lined with silica rubber cools the EVA sheet quickly and is easy to split at high speed. The carving/texture design of rolls can be customized by customer.
HMI: from relay control to IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) control, operator-friendly
Thickness Gauge: online and instantaneous monitoring the thickness of EVA sheet. Data recording and alarming ensure the specifications to be within the tolerance.

PP/PS Sheet Extrusion Line
This extrusion line is applicable to produce mono-layer and multilayer sheets of PP and PS. The thickness of sheet can be 0.2-2mm (7.9-78.7mil) and the width can be 400-2000mm (15.7-78.7in).

Foamed PP Sheet
Foamed PP sheet has its own advantages:
When its density is 0.45g/cm3, it has a good performance of rebound and is not easy to get deformed. This is well applied in the folder industry.
When its density is 0.6g/cm3, it has good mechanical properties. It is well applied in indoor decoration of automobile such as backlight plates, insulation plates, racket and loudspeaker box etc.
When its density is 0.3g/cm3, it has a good performance of rebound and elasticity. It is applied for packaging and isolation plate.
Conductive PS Sheet
It is used in packaging for semi-conductor especially for those auxiliaries or equipments which require no dust, no static electricity, electro-discharge protection, anti-disturbance of Hertz wave and wireless frequency.
PE Pipe Extrusion Line
Good Extruder for PE Tubes from China
The extrusion production of PE pipes uses specific efficient extruders with compounding head and barrier structure. The barrel cylinder has grooves of new design. All these enhance the plasticization and compounding of PE mixture.
In addition, special tooling for HDPE/PP/ABS requires low melt pointing. Low pressure in the die head ensures stable output and extends use life of the extruder.
Independently developed system of cooling and calibrating guarantees precise diameter and good roundness for the extruded pipe. It’s applicable for thick-wall pipes/tubes.
