Screen Changer

We have plate-type hydraulic screen changer and cylinder-type hydraulic screen changer.

It’s able to automatically compensate the gap of sealing. It’s non-stop screen changing and no material leaks. Featured with less waste and friendly operation, this screen changer is widely used in blown film, large pipe extrusion and compounding extrusion lines.

Our screen changer can work under 25-30MPa and 300C (570F) and the cover ensures safety of operator.

It also plays an important role in plastic recycling to filter contaminants contained in different kinds of plastic wastes. Normally we recommend a bigger size for recycling than for general extrusion.
