Powder Mill Pulverizer

Our pulverizer or literally, powder grinder, is designed for SPVC (soft PVC, plasticized PVC), HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, EVA, PPR, PA and rubber. If 20-30% ground powder is added in production, the physical and chemical performances of final products will remain similar to virgin raw materials. This cuts off the cost and is a good way for the wastes and the rejected.

A dust collecting system minimizes the dust dissipation. A vibro-separator will automatically send unqualified product to be re-ground.

Dual cooling system with air cooling and water cooling keeps the machine at a low temperature and makes it running for a long period.

The size after grinding can reach 200 microns.
