High Speed Mixer for Plastics

This plastic machinery is used for mixing and colouring of PVC, coloring and drying of PP/PE, drying of pro-water polymers such as ABS and PC as well as for mixing of phenolic resins. It’s a must-have equipment for plastic processing factories and is widely used in other fields like pharmacy and chemicals.

The paddles of high intensity mixer rotate at a high speed to mix the raw material. With the help of electrical heaters, the raw materials are more apt to be uniformly blended with additives at a high temperature needed.

Traditionally it has a dual-speed motor that controls the speed of paddles. Now it’s becoming more and more popular to use a variable frequency (VF) control. So the startup of HSM will not negatively affect the whole power supply system.

We’ve designed and manufactured the biggest high speed mixer from China. It’s 3500L with four mixing paddles. It replaces the SSP in PET precrystallzation. An airproof sealing is equipped since the vacuum will be made inside. This is a continuous production instead of traditional “batch production”. It’s a customized equipment with tremendous improvements.
