I. Preface
The guarantee typically includes a warranty period, which is the duration of time during which Nanjing ILUCKU Technologies Ltd. (“ILUCKU” hereafter) is responsible for ensuring that the machines function properly and meet the specifications that were agreed upon at the time of purchase.
During the warranty period, ILUCKU is typically responsible for repairing or replacing any components of the machines that are found to be defective or malfunctioning due to reasons such as faulty materials, design, or workmanship.
It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions that occur due to factors such as improper installation, maintenance, or operation. In order to maintain the warranty, the customer may be required to adhere to certain maintenance and operational requirements.
In addition to the warranty, ILUCKU offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure that the machine continues to operate effectively throughout its lifecycle. These services may be provided at an additional cost and may include features such as remote diagnostics, on-site repair, and preventive maintenance programs.
ILUCKU guarantees all extruder-based production lines and recycling equipments for plastic wastes and their respective spare parts in good condition for well-intentioned use and is willing to offer one-year limited warranty. This warranty does not apply to any user other than the original buyer of the plastics machineries or the originally-indicated user accepted by ILUCKU.
II. Warranty Period
The warranty period counts in two ways:
1.It starts from the date of shipment on board as shown on the bill of lading and ends on the same date of the next month in the next year. For example, the date on the bill of lading is April 30, 2019, and then the warranty ends on May 30, 2020.
2.It starts from the date of installation in customer’s facilities and ends on the same date of the same month in the next year. For example, the date of installation is April 30, 2019 and then the warranty ends on April 30, 2020.
In any case, the earlier time will be the validity of warranty.
III. Exemptions
This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by:
1. Improper storing, transporting or handling;
2. Improper operation or exposed to accidents;
3. Improper installation or application;
4. Repaired or modified by someone other than an approved service technician of ILUCKU;
5. External factors such as defective system design, configuration, installation planning, or defective equipment part, appliances etc;
6. Force of nature, force majeure, or other unforeseeable circumstances outside the range of the influence of ILUCKU, for instance, earthquake, typhoon, whirlwind, volcanic eruption, flood, lightening, snowstorm, war, etc;
7. Consumable parts such as screw elements of extruder, blades of crusher, shredder blade etc.
IV. Complaint
Any claim should be sent in written form to ILUCKU by postal mail or email listed as follows together with all evidences including but not limited to pictures and videos:
