Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Conical twin screw extruder provides a gentler shearing to maintain the features of heat-sensitive polymers without decreasing the dispersion effect of the ingredients.
It’s now widely used for PVC products such as PVC pellet, PVC film, PVC tube, PVC hose, PVC flooring and PP/PE-based WPC (wood plastic composite).
PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
This extrusion line is to make PVC pipes of Φ16-630mm (0.63-25in). These pipes are widely used for water drainage, supplying and cable laying. This pipe production line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibrator, hauloff, cutter saw and rack. Optional equipments of length counter and belling machine can also be used as per the actual production.
PVC Soft and Rigid Coextrusion
Co-extruders of Soft and Rigid Polymers
The typical raw material of this line is PVC: SPVC and RPVC. We can make windscreen wiper, co-extruded soft and hard bars, price tag etc. through this line.
The flow chart is roughly like this: Extruders (two coextruders) → Mould → Calibrator → Sync Haul-off → Cutting Saw. The line has the following characteristics:
1. Applicable polymers: PVC, PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET, PC, POM, PMMA, EVA and thermoplastics. Two different polymers or the same polymer with different colors;
2. The product is extruded as an integral unit, no adhesive is needed;
3. Hard part features strength and soft part features flexibility;
4. Material of screw and barrels: 38CrMoAlA or 9Cr18MoV;
5. Imported inverter or servo motor;
6. Digital dual-channel PID temperature controller;
7. Option: stainless steel hopper or hopper dryer

Glazed PVC Tile Extrusion Line
Roof Tile Production
This PVC tile production line produces synthetic tiles of PVC + ASA/PMMA (glazed tile roofing). Compard with traditional tile used for roofing, this PVC tiles have the advantages:
- less weight but more strength;
- long lasting color
- good self-washing/cleaning;
- good flame-resistance, good heat insulation and electrical insulation;
- good weather-resistant performance, good impact resistance;
- good anti-corrosion, low temperature resistance
This decorative ridged PVC tile is environment friendly and this wave shaped tiles needs no professional skills to use.
PE/PP Based WPC Extrusion Line
This is one-step WPC extrusion line designed for wood plastic composite flooring, window profile and other decorative WPC products based on PP/PE. It has good plasticizing and dispersion and the filling percentage of wood crumbs/sawdust, straw stem or alike can reach 75%. With multiple natural degassing and forcible vacuum degassing of moisture, this line makes final WPC products even without pre-drying.
The wood graining is very close to the real one but it’s much more weather-resistant outdoors than real wood.
SPC/RVP/LVT Extrusion Line
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) is also called RVP (Rigid Vinyl Plank). SPC extrusion line is used to make marble flooring and jade-alike articles.
This PVC based SPC making line is also called UV decorative plate production line: marble style plate, jade style plate, wood graining plate, stone texture plate, shining plate etc. The normal dimension is 1220*2440mm and the thicknesses are 1.2mm, 3.7mm, 3.8mm, 4mm, 4.3mm, 4.5mm and so on.
This RVP production line mainly consists of conical twin screw extruder, die head, tri-roll calender/vacuum calibrator, film coating/film adhering, edge cutter and cutting saw. There are normally four layers from top to bottom: first painting/styling, second protection layer, third anti-skidding layer and the bottom anti-wearing layer.
