Dryer

This is targeted to remove moisture contained in the raw material or even the hydrated water bonded with the polymeric molecule. We list hopper dryer and infrared dryer herewith.  Other dryers like harrow dryer are also being introduced in plastic process.

It’s directly connected onto the feeder of extruder. Hot air generated by electric heater takes moisture away to the recycler. The dust-collector inside the recycler will prevent powder dust coming out to the air while moisture can go through to the open air. And clean hot air circulates in this way.

It’s used to dry plastics like ABS, PVC, PET, PE etc. The features of this IRD are:

• Teflon-coated wide belt;
• Imported temperature controller;
• Ceramics heating bars send out uniform heat;
• Venting hole for each temperature zone;
• Fan for each temperature zone helps hot air circulating;
• The conveying speed can be adjusted.
