Granulator

A granulator has fixed blade/static blade and rotary blade that work together to chop the waste plastics into small pieces. There's a screen or filter at the bottom. It keeps chopping  until the piece is smaller than the mesh diameter. The diameter of filter mesh can be customized.

On the rotor there’re several small knives which can be independently dismounted and be sharpened. So the use life of the blades lasts long because they are reusable.

Our granulator works stably as you can see in the movie, which means a longer life of crusher rotor.
