Plastic Conveyor

Conveyors are used to lift or upload plastic granules from floor  to a higher container or hopper of either high speed mixer, extruder etc.

A vacuum generator makes the feeding and the whole system in negative pressure. Powder and granules with air will be vacuumed through the stainless pipe into the hopper. The air will escape and the feed stock will fall down.

This auger conveyor is used to transport the raw material from the lower end to the higher end. With material level sensor or with a timer, it can automatically fill the hoppers of high speed mixer, hopper dryer, extruder etc.
