Possible Reasons of Shaking for Water Ring Cutter
- Updated on January 21, 2022
Generally speaking during the pelletizing process of the water ring pelletizer, no shaking will occur under either low speed or high speed operation. If the shaking is large, this is definitely not normal. The following might be the possible reasons:
- The bearing of knife holder for the water ring pelletizer is damaged or the gap is too large (the bearing in the knife holder needs to be replaced);
- The guide ring of the water ring pelletizer is not perpendicular to the die surface (re-install the knife handle or replace the die plate and knife handle until the two are perpendicular);
- The center height of pelletizing motor for the water ring cutter is not consistent with the center of the knife handle (adjust the height of the motor);
- The inner bearing of pelletizer motor for the water ring cutter is damaged (replace the pelletizer motor);
- The pelletizing motor of water ring pelletizer and the knife bar are not center aligned (adjust the left and right positions of the motor).
