     Our experience accumulated for placing an order with us is most likely as follows:

    1.Look through the extruders, extrusion lines, recycling equipments and other plastic machineries on our website;

    2.When you find some item interested, you can either directly click on the “Inquire” button and send us a separate email;

    3.It’s strongly recommended you provide as much information as possible in order that we can fully understand your thinking and give an effective response accordingly;

    4.We will send you the offer for your preview confirming all technical specifications of what we offer are within your expectation;

    5.Visit us to see the quality of all these plastic machines;

    6.Send us your purchase order (P.O.) and we will send you proforma invoice for your advance payment or opening Letter of Credit;

    7.When we get your P.O. together with your advance payment, we will start production and sourcing of machine components.

    8.Normally we will give an updated report of production status every half a month. You can know well about the process so that you can make preparations in advance for the trial test in our factory (visa, raw material etc.);

    9.Ship the ordered equipment for plastics after we receive your final balance payment;

    10.Our engineers are available to supervise the installation and commissioning of the equipment in your factory. Recommend you inform us in advance so we can get things ready beforehand (such as visa).

    11.The warranty lasts twelve (12) months from the date you install in your facility or thirteen (13) months from the date the machine is shipped on board. Please refer to Guarantee.

    12.In case the customer did not pay the final balance in three (3) months after the ordered machine is ready for shipment and was not able to provide an evidence of force majeure, we will deal with the ordered machine at our will and won’t pay back the advance payment. In case the customer has paid the final balance but he does not take the ordered machine within six (6) months. We will deal with the machine at our will and pay back the balance after compensating our loss.
